Electrical & Automation Engineers (m/f/d)

We, ORmatiC GmbH, are an innovative, globally active automation company based in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte). We work across all areas of industrial automation. One of our core focus areas is supporting the energy sector’s green transformation—our work helps reduce CO₂ emissions.

We’re looking for

• A curious, sharp mind who enjoys thinking outside the box, is interested in new things, and loves to keep learning
• Someone who, after a thorough onboarding, takes on responsibility and works independently
• An engineer who approaches technical problems analytically and solves them collaboratively in a team
• A colleague who appreciates flat hierarchies and efficient, transparent communication

You should bring

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Strong scientific/technical understanding and high abstract reasoning skills
• Programming experience in automation (PLC/SPS, SCADA, SQL, Ethernet protocols)
• Solid communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

It’s a plus if you have

• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., VB/VBScript, Java/JavaScript, Python, C#)
• Familiarity with IT systems such as Windows/Linux, LAN/WAN, VPN, and IT security
• Additional language skills
